Kanex sleeves are highly versatile; add an extension for slabs over 12". Simply extend or lower the sleeves, and with a twist they lock into position.

Kanex sleeves are munufactured from high density High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and are designed to resist adhering to concrete making them easy to remove.
